90/100 The Wine Advocate "Picked in the first week of October, the 2020 Sylvaner Réserve Millésime is from clay limestone soils in Rohrschwihr just beneath the church and was picked with 30% of botrytis. The wine exhibits a very clear, precise and elegant bouquet that is still exhibiting hop aromas along with noisette, white fruit and flinty terroir notes. Clear, lush and round on the palate, this is an elegant and fresh, finely bitter-finishing Sylvaner with fine tannin grip and excellent aging potential. Bottled with 14% alcohol and 44 grams per litre of residual sugar"
