Shipping policy
You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or more within 5 miles of the Ampthill store.
We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Tuesday. This may take longer if stock needs to be collected from one more locations.
Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age.
On our website you will notice that you are asked to confirm that you are of legal age before you are able to select and purchase a product. You will not be able to use the website without providing that confirmation.
