The unique, quartzite-heavy soils of the Elisenberg give rise to a panoply of bright, playful aromas and flavours such as wildflowers, orange blossom honey, fresh herbs and even tart red berries, all of which complement the sweetness and concentration of this Spaetlese beautifully.
