Excellently fresh blackcurrant flavours with grippy tannins that support the fruit. Quite a rich, powerful style with ripe juicy tannins and a lovely lingering flavour on the tongue and long finish. Could be drunk now with food. Fresh and approachable - good lift at the end and lots of chewiness right now, which is quite appealing.
