Two weeks total cuvaison. Twice daily remontage. Aged for seven months in tank. Bottled in August 2025 – last month! Transparent garnet. Sweet, light and fruity on the nose – very nice wine-bar wine? Very soft and easy. To be drunk, perhaps chilled, without food. A little grip on the end. Pretty. An improvement on previous Pinots from Kumeu River."
