The nose bursts with vibrant citrus zest — lime and grapefruit — layered with passionfruit, elderflower, and subtle nettle aromatics.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and textural, yet driven by crisp acidity and a clean, mineral backbone. Carefully blending small parcels fermented clean, wild, and in barrel brings added complexity and length while preserving the wine’s hallmark freshness.
