The classic light juicy grape of Piedmont. Clear and fragrant with decent grip, this is perfect for chilled sipping (the wine not you), cured meats, cold cuts, and especially tomato sauces which can be so tricky with richer tannic reds. Like all their range this shouts Piedmont. Exceptionally good value.
