Seventh generation family property of 20 hectares in Fronsac, bordering the Dordogne river to the west of Libourne.
Aged for 12 months in French oak, 40% new.
Guide Hachette 2 stars and Coup de Coeur "Merlot (82%) gives of its best in this powerful and very long wine with tight and dense tannins. A dark and deep mouth, a complex and harmonious nose with red and black fruits, smoked oak and moccha. Broad, rich, explosive and crunchy fruit combined to a delicate, slightly toasted wood taste. A major Fronsac which time will make even better.
