Ch. Croizet Bages 2014 Pauillac 5th Growth

Focused, rather elegant Cabernet linear nose. Mouth-filling. This tastes like a particularly fine New World Cabernet - and that is not meant as an insult. Attractive mineral quality on the end. Quite long.

18/20 Jancis Robinson "Very deep crimson. Almost impenetrably deep. Very ambitious with the fruit, plus a saline hint, almost overpowering the (massive) tannic charge. Lip-smacking. Long and rewarding.
