White Burgundy of a plot located right next to the property in Touches (Mercurey). Aged for ten months in used French oak barrels from cooper Chassin. A Burgundy that's rounded and creamy in texture, yet balanced by fresh citrus acidity and a clean, lightly mineral finish. Delicious with roast chicken, creamy fish dishes or soft cheeses. Really satisfying!
