Shaw+Smith M3 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2020

Always a charmer (and award-winner). Has shot to brilliance recently, in an interesting direction: so much 'terroir', smells like posh Chablis with seashell and wet stone, then opens out with Muersault-like punch plus a chalky-saline grip. Faultess.
